Nefertiti Walker’s research relies heavily on capturing the experiences, voices, and material realities of underrepresented people in organizations. Through various forms of mix methodologies and critical inquiry, she has documented the various ways in which organizations perpetuate inequities, while providing insights as to how organizational culture can be redesigned and recultured to improve work life for all.
